QUALIFIED MALE AND FEMALE INSTRUCTORS
CLASSES AVAILABLE ON MONDAYS + WEDNESDAY STARTING AT
Mon 4.15pm – 5.15pm for 5-8 yr olds
Mon 5.15pm – 6.15pm for 8-12 yr olds
Mon 6.15pm - 7.15pm for 12-18 yr olds
Mon 8.00pm – 9.00pm for Adults
Mon 9.00pm – 10.00pm for Adults (brand new class)
Wed 1.45pm – 2.45pm (Women Only)
Build your confidence and fitness as you learn street awareness, anti-bullying techniques and new ways of defending yourself.
You will be taught how to punch, kick, throw, lock and pin an opponent using minimum force as well as common break falls.
Most importantly you will be taught self-control and respect as you build a strong new confidence.
