We are a fun friendly Judo Club based at the Mardyke Community Centre, South Street in Rainham, Essex, RM13 8PJ.
We cater for Junior Judoka from the age of 6, who wish to learn the Martial art of Judo.
Our Classes are on Wednesday's and Friday's from 6.30 to 7.30 pm.
The first lesson is FREE and if you are interested you can either look at our website www.jaysblackdragon.co.uk email us on info@jaysblackdragons.co.uk or pop along on one of our training days for a chat.
We recommend any person wishing to participate in a lesson wears either, a Judo Gi or long sleeved T-Shirt and jogging bottoms (no zips or buttons, no jewellry) Long hair must be tied back.
Judo Lessons are £2.50 per Session if the judoka wish to continue and Licences can be purchased via the club.
