The Choi Foundation offers a friendly and non-competitive environment, in Brighton, East Sussex, for the study of the world’s fastest growing martial arts fitness programme, Choi Kwang Do.
Choi Kwang Do is a 21st Century approach to martial arts training. Our Brighton school provides a safe and welcoming setting to enable our students to grow physically, mentally and spiritually.
Choi Kwang Do is a non-contact martial art yet still harnesses the principles of modern science to produce fast, powerful and fluent techniques that work where it really matters, on the streets!
Our Brighton school is open to everyone regardless of age, sex, size or physical ability. We offer so much more than self defence training, combining fun with exercise and challenge to provide a programme that will inspire you to a more confident and healthier lifestyle.
Our highly trained and friendly instructors will assist you in achieving all your goals of outstanding health, fitness and self-protection to enable you to lead a safe and healthy life. People of all ages can come and enjoy the benefits of training at The Choi Foundation in Brighton. Levels of intensity, frequency and duration can all be adapted to suit the needs of the individual.
