I am an independent mortgage broker
and have been solving mortgage problems for over 25 years. I am authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority and licenced by the
Office of Fair Trading.
Mortgage problems vary from those who
have had credit problems in the past such as mortgage arrears and County Court
Judgements, to those whose earnings
are difficult to probe, to those who have
a property of non-standard construction.
Problems include too old, not old enough,
not had a mortgage before, need a guarantor, etc.
In most cases my fee is paid by the lender. I always quote in advance.
