We have seperate kids,beginners, and intermediate-advanced classes in our fully equipped kickboxing gym.Train to grade,for fitness,self-protection, to compete, to lose weight and tone- we offer it all. Friendly, "no-ego" training environment with champion ,insured instructors,male & female. We offer private lessons,personal training and courses in self defence.We also have small MMA and grappling classes.
