About :	Are you considering enrolling on a Martial Arts programme ? With so many different Martial Arts choosing the right one can be difficult, Karate, Tae kwon do, Kickboxing, Kung Fu, Jujitsu the list is endless... Our Federation uses the traditional Korean Martial Art of Tang Soo Do as a vehicle for learning self-defense, improving fitness and the practice of leadership and life skills. Our three age related programmes have been developed to help members build a level of confidence that will enable them to 'make the right decisions in life'. Our three programmes were introduced to offer access to the art at a suitable, age related, achievable pace and hence negate the need to lower standards for younger practitioners.
